WP2 is led by TUIASI. Within this WP ressources are allocated to efficiently coordinate the project. The coordinator (TUIASI) is responsible for administrating, organising and monitoring the adequate functioning of the technical, administrative and financial components of the project. The coordinator is the central communication point towards the European Commission as a donor. Further, TUIASI administers the project’s communication workflow between the entire consortium (incl. a web-based reporting tool and a project-own intranet).
